Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using Timbre.Love, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this service.

Permission is granted to temporarily use Timbre.Love for personal, non-commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations

Users must be at least 18 years old to use Timbre.Love. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Not harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Not post inappropriate or offensive content
• Respect the privacy of other users

By uploading voice recordings, you grant Timbre.Love a license to store, process, and display your recordings to other users. You retain ownership of your content and can delete it at any time.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

The materials on Timbre.Love are provided on an 'as is' basis. Timbre.Love makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In no event shall Timbre.Love or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Timbre.Love.

We may suspend or permanently ban accounts for violations of these Terms or our Community Guidelines. Suspended accounts cannot access the service for the duration of the suspension. Banned accounts are permanently removed. We may delete a banned account's data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, your profile, voice recordings, matches, and messages will be permanently removed in accordance with our data retention policy. This action is irreversible.

Timbre.Love is currently in beta. During this period, the service may be unstable, features may change, and the database may be reset periodically without notice. The platform may also contain test accounts created for development purposes. By using the service during beta, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia for any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the service.
